Delivery and Returns Information

Dispatch Times

All orders are shipped within two business days of ordering unless a product is out of stock, in which case we will email you with any potential delays. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your order and a second email once your order has been dispatched.

 

UK Orders

All UK orders are currently posted with either Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size and weight of your order and should be with you within 3-4 business days. The price of postage depends on the size and weight of your order, and will be shown at the checkout page,  but the costs are kept as low as possible!

 

Urgent and Tracked Orders

If you urgently need your order then please do send us an email at hello@eastendpress.com and we will try our hardest to ship it next day! Alternatively if you would like to upgrade to either a guaranteed next day delivery service or a tracked postal service then please email at hello@eastendpress.com and it can be arranged for an additional cost.

 

International Shipping

East End Press ships world wide, delivery costs are calculated at check out for international orders and costs are based on destination and weight. Please note that approximate shipping times for international orders are:

Europe 5-7 working days

Rest of the world 14- 18 working days

Often orders arrive much quicker than the above times!

 

Lost Orders

Very occasionally orders do not arrive within the time frames above- if you are still waiting for your order to be delivered please email us at hello@eastendpress.com with your order number and we will chase it up or resend it.

 

Returns

We really hope you are happy with and love your East End Press products! If your order has arrived damaged please email us at hello@eastendpress.com with a photo of the product and your order number and we shall resend the order. 

 

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order please contact East End Press at hello@eastendpress.com within seven days of the delivery date stating your order number and we shall send you information on how to return your order. Please note, postage costs are not refundable, and the order must be returned at your own expense. You are strongly advised to return orders via a tracked service as lost returns can not be refunded. Your refund will be made to your original payment method within ten days of the order being returned. Please note, sale items can not be returned. Thanks so much!
