Delivery and Returns Information

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within two working days of ordering. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking link. Please note, this link only updates once delivery has been attempted. 

 

UK Orders

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail second class post. This service should take between two to three working days for delivery but due to huge demand on the UK postal service we are seeing occasionally orders take longer than this to be delivered. 

Standard UK shipping costs £3, with free delivery on all orders over £25.

 

International Shipping

All international orders are sent within two working days of receiving the order via a recorded courier delivery which takes up to 7-14 working days for delivery. We are aware international delivery fees are very high! This is because when we have sent international orders via cheaper non tracked methods, there were a huge proportion of lost or delayed orders.

 

Lost Orders

If you are still waiting for your order to be delivered a week after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email info@eastendpress.com with your order number and we will chase it up or resend your order. 

 

Returns

We really hope you are happy with and love your East End Press products! If your order has arrived damaged please email info@eastendpress.com with a photo of the product and your order number and we shall resend the order. 

 

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your products, please contact info@eastendpress.com within 7 days of the delivery date stating your order number and which product you would like to return, and we shall send you information on how to return your order.

Please note, postage costs are not refundable, and the order must be returned at your own expense. You are strongly advised to return orders via a tracked service as lost returns can not be refunded. Your refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 days of the order being returned. Please note, sale items can not be returned. Thanks very much!
