East End Press is a design studio in Glasgow, creating beautiful, sustainable, fun homeware, stationery and decorations that are screen printed by hand on recycled cotton paper in Jaipur, India. Our growing range of products, including our best selling printed sewn garlands, greetings cards and more, is stocked in stores around the world as well as selling directly through our website.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a part time Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our small team. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Content E-Commerce Producer to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across email marketing, Google and Meta platforms, you will ensure that all campaigns launch correctly and on time with accurate targeting and assets. You will be responsible for confirming that ads are monitored regularly, with optimisations applied proactively to continuously drive measurable growth month-over-month, accompanied by concise reporting that highlights key insights and opportunities, including generating monthly benchmark reports. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail and understands how to translate brand goals into measurable results. Experience with Klaviyo, Google Ads and Meta platforms is required.

Key Responsibilites:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
  - Build, launch and maintain campaigns across Klaviyo email marketing, Google Ads and Meta Ads - Manager.
  - Set up audiences, targeting parameters, ad sets, different territories and placements.
  - Coordinate delivery timelines to ensure all campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  
  
• Creative Management & Testing
  - Collaborate with Content & E-commerce manager to request, develop and gather required assets (copy, imagery, video) and upload them directly into email and ad platforms.
  - Conduct systematic A/B testing of variations in creative assets, ad copy and calls to action (CTAs) to drive performance.
  
  
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  - Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively recommend and apply optimisations to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  - Track and report results against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), primarily ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversions.
  - Maintain clean naming conventions and organised campaign structures across all platforms.
  -  Collation of monthly reporting dashboards and insights summaries.
  
  
•  Audience & Data Integrity
  - Create and maintain effective audience sets, including custom, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  - Ensure tracking pixels and UTM parameters are accurately implemented and functioning across the website.
  - Verify data accuracy and consistency between all relevant platforms (Ad Platforms, Google Analytics, and Shopify).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Klaviyo, Google and Meta
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing fundamentals
• Ability to interpret analytics and turn findings into reports and actionable recommendations
• Comfortable navigating digital ad platforms and maintaining data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines concurrently
• Knowledge of Shopify would be a highly valued skill

Returns
We hope you love your products but accept returns if you are not completely satisfied! For all returns, please email info@eastendpress.com with your order number. 
We will provide a prepaid shipping label if your product has unfortunately arrived damaged, and all other returns require postage to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return your order we ask that the items are in a sellable condition and in their original packaging.

What are your opening hours?

We start the week working behind the scenes in our creative studio. Our shop is open to the public every Wednesday - Sunday (extended festive hours).

When are you closed for holidays?

We close for major public holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. Any additional closures will be shared in advance on our website and social media.

Can I return an item purchased online or elsewhere? 

We don’t accept returns from purchases made outwith our shop. If you're unhappy with something bought within our Glasgow store, any items must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 28 days. If you’re unsure about anything, we’re more than happy to answer your questions. Please reach out to shop@eastendpress with any queries.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

We don’t offer custom gift-wrapping, but all purchases are carefully packaged in brown paper or recycled bags, ready for gifting. We offer a gorgeous range of hand screen-printed wrapping paper, available to purchase in store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash but prefer card payments. Most major cards are accepted, including contactless and Apple Pay.

The world of shipping and tariffs continues to be unpredictable. So to avoid any awkward surprises for our customers, we will be covering the cost of duty and tariffs on web orders shipping from East End Press to the USA.

1. What’s happening with U.S import tariffs? 

On the 29th of August 2025, the U.S removed a key rule (called the de-minimis threshold) for most shipments from the UK. Previously, orders under $800 could enter the U.S duty-free - but from that date, extra import tariffs apply, even on smaller purchases. 

 

2. Will my order be affected?  

We’ll cover any Import VAT and Duties on your behalf using DDP (delivered duty paid) labels. Our carriers will handle all necessary customs procedures, including payment of any taxes, fees, or other charges to the relevant customs authorities. The price at checkout is the final price you pay!

 

3. Are your prices going up?

No, our prices will remain the same for the rest of the year. It is our utmost priority to keep our products affordable and accessible for all!  

4. Will you eventually ship from the U.S? 

We hope to have U.S based stock and fulfilment in place by 2026. This means your future orders will ship domestically, eliminating import costs and reducing shipping times. However this system will take time to implement, and we want to ensure the next steps are achievable for all stages of both the supply and fulfilment chain, and so this change won’t be immediate. Stay informed about our new American warehouse by joining our mailing list.

5. Where do you currently ship from?

Currently, all of our orders are packed and processed from our fulfilment centre in the UK. While we're working on establishing U.S-based fulfilment, please note that orders will continue to be shipped from our UK location until those changes are fully in place.

Festive opening hours (as of November 12, 2025) are Wednesday-Sunday, 11am - 6pm.

After safe, fair working practices, our second biggest responsibility is ensuring our products are sustainably made. It’s hard to truly preach about sustainability when you run a business creating more not essential ‘stuff’ with long air miles, but we try hard to lessen the impact of our products. This includes:

• Always using AZO free non-toxic water based inks.
• Always using 100% recycled content paper, including within our packaging and labelling.
• Never using plastic ever, products are all made from paper or FSC certified sustainably sourced wood.
• Half of the manufacturing unit in Jaipur is run entirely from solar energy (they have a lot more sun than we get at the Glasgow studio!).
• Electric van to move paper sheets, printed paper, paper shapes and sewn garlands between the various units in Jaipur.
• Water harvesting system installed in the printing studio. No ‘new’ water is ever used, and dirty water is never released. Water is collected, cleaned, and reused again and again within the printing process.
  
• Using paper filled and paper made postage packaging when shipping orders.
