Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping
Standard UK shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) is free on all orders over £25 and £3 for all other orders. We aim to dispatch standard orders within 48 hours of them being placed. Your order is expected to be delivered in two working days, pending any delays by Royal Mail, and you will be emailed a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Express UK shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £7.50. Orders will be processed the same day for next day delivery if ordered before 12pm. Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed if order is placed on a Friday.

International Shipping
US shipping is free on all orders over $50, and $30 for orders under $50.
All other International shipping destinations outside of UK and US are quoted at check out.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail international and we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of them being placed. Your order is expected to be delivered in five working days, pending any delays by Royal Mail, and you will be emailed a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties
EU VAT & duties are paid at checkout on orders up to €150 so there are no surprises on delivery. For orders above €150, local VAT and customs duties may be applied upon import and are the responsibility of the buyer. 
For all international orders outside of the EU, local VAT and customs duties may be applied upon import and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
We hope you love your products but accept returns if you are not completely satisfied! For all returns, please email info@eastendpress.com with your order number. 
We will provide a prepaid shipping label if your product has unfortunately arrived damaged, and all other returns require postage to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return your order we ask that the items are in a sellable condition and in their original packaging.
