Shipping Policies

East End Press ships worldwide and dispatches orders Monday to Friday from our UK and USA warehouses. Please note we don’t ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on Bank/Public Holidays. We aim to dispatch standard orders within 1-2 working days.

 

TRANSIT TIMES

United Kingdom

• Standard (2-4 days) on orders over £25 - FREE
• Standard Royal Mail 48 (5-7 days) on orders under £25 - £4.50
• DPD Express (1-3 days) - £7.50

DPD Express (1-3 days): Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day and shipped via DPD for next-day delivery where possible. Please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed by DPD, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not arrive the next day.

 

United States

• Standard (5-7 days) on orders $50.00 USD and up - FREE
• Standard USPS (5-7 days) on orders under $49.99 USD - $12.00

 

Canada

• Standard (7-10 days) on orders $70.00 CAD and up - FREE
• Standard (7-10 days) on orders under $69.99 CAD - $25.00

 

Europe

→ France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland

• Standard (7-10 days) on orders €70.00 EUR and up - FREE
• Standard Mail Service (7-10 days) on orders under €69.99 EUR - €25.00.

Please note, there are no VAT or duty due on delivery for all EU orders under €150.

 

Rest of World

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

• EU VAT & duties are paid at checkout on orders up to €150 so there are no surprises on delivery. For orders above €150, local VAT and customs duties may be applied upon import and are the responsibility of the buyer. 
• For all international orders outside of the UK, EU or US, local VAT and customs duties may be applied upon import and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

RETURNS

• We hope you love your products but accept returns if you are not completely satisfied. For all returns, please get in touch by emailing info@eastendpress.com with your order number. 
• We will provide a prepaid shipping label if your product has unfortunately arrived damaged, and all other returns require postage to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return your order we ask that the items are in a sellable condition and in their original packaging.
