Job Overview:

We are seeking a part time Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our small team. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Content E-Commerce Producer to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across email marketing, Google and Meta platforms, you will ensure that all campaigns launch correctly and on time with accurate targeting and assets. You will be responsible for confirming that ads are monitored regularly, with optimisations applied proactively to continuously drive measurable growth month-over-month, accompanied by concise reporting that highlights key insights and opportunities, including generating monthly benchmark reports. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail and understands how to translate brand goals into measurable results. Experience with Klaviyo, Google Ads and Meta platforms is required.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    - Build, launch and maintain campaigns across Klaviyo email marketing, Google Ads and Meta Ads - Manager.
    - Set up audiences, targeting parameters, ad sets, different territories and placements.
    - Coordinate delivery timelines to ensure all campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

  • Creative Management & Testing
    - Collaborate with Content & E-commerce manager to request, develop and gather required assets (copy, imagery, video) and upload them directly into email and ad platforms.
    - Conduct systematic A/B testing of variations in creative assets, ad copy and calls to action (CTAs) to drive performance.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    - Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively recommend and apply optimisations to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
    - Track and report results against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), primarily ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversions.
    - Maintain clean naming conventions and organised campaign structures across all platforms.
    -  Collation of monthly reporting dashboards and insights summaries.

  •  Audience & Data Integrity
    Create and maintain effective audience sets, including custom, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
    - Ensure tracking pixels and UTM parameters are accurately implemented and functioning across the website.
    - Verify data accuracy and consistency between all relevant platforms (Ad Platforms, Google Analytics, and Shopify).


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Klaviyo, Google and Meta
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to interpret analytics and turn findings into reports and actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable navigating digital ad platforms and maintaining data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines concurrently


Location: Glasgow

Reports To: Product Manager / Creative Director  

Employment Type: Part-Time 15hrs per week 

Salary: £28,000 Pro Rata

Start Date: as soon as possible, dependent on availability
